We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Money Store Attendant. This role involves managing and operating a mobile money store, providing convenient financial services to customers. POSITION: MOBILE MONEY STORE ATTENDANT

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and operate a mobile money store, assisting customers with various financial transactions.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
3. Conduct mobile money transfers, bill payments, and other financial transactions accurately and securely.
4. Educate customers on mobile money services, guiding them through processes and ensuring a seamless experience.
5. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security protocols.
6. Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and objectives.
    

Requirements:

1. Business related Diploma and certifications in finance or related fields are a plus.
2. Proven experience in customer service or retail roles, preferably with experience working in a store or similar environment for a minimum of 1 year.
3. Familiarity with mobile devices, applications, and basic technological troubleshooting.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Integrity and adherence to security and confidentiality protocols.
6. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
