Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Prepare monthly financial statements
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Manage payroll
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with ZRA and other regulatory requirements
  • Support audits and prepare all required documentation
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation systems
  • Assist management with financial insights and analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience is an added advantage)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of Zambian tax regulations
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail
