Job Objective
To apply principles of sales and marketing in acquiring clients, driving the growth and visibility of Zambou’s products and services. This includes developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, managing client relationships, and enhancing the company’s market presence in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire customers and administer employer agreements (MOUs)
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Zambou’s revenue goals
- Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capture them
- Process loans and ensure compliance with all conditions before disbursement
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for Zambou’s offerings
- Design promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content
- Manage social media accounts, website content, and online engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Manage client and credit files with accuracy and confidentiality
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally
- Represent the institution at community events and networking forums
- Engage with local organizations to boost the institution’s reputation
- Collaborate with stakeholders for brand visibility and social impact
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors
- Use insights to inform marketing strategy and business development
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics, marketing activities, and market trends
Qualifications & Professional Requirements
Education:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, or Economics
Professional Membership:
- Zambia Institute of Marketing
Coordinate activities within the Accounting Unit. Monitor and appraise team performance based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Review, update, and implement company policies for creditors’ payments. Ensure OPEX, CAPEX, AP, and AR transactions comply with internal financial controls. Review and approve general ledger account reconciliations. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for both management and statutory bodies. Develop and submit monthly creditors’ payment forecasts to the Treasury Directorate. Train, coach, and mentor accounting team members for performance and professional growth. Address and resolve internal and external audit queries promptly. Ensure timely reconciliation of deduction schedules from employers. Provide effective leadership and direction to direct reports.s
