Key Responsibilities
1. Software Support
Provide first-level technical support to users via phone, email, WhatsApp, remote tools, or onsite visits.
Troubleshoot software issues, document solutions, and escalate complex problems to the development team.
Assist clients with installations, system configurations, updates, and training.
Monitor system usage and ensure clients remain compliant with required software processes (e.g., integrations, updates, backups).
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
2. Sales & Client Engagement
Identify client needs and recommend suitable software products and modules.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up to close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage renewals, upgrades, and referrals.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
3. Customer Success & Relationship Management
Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition from sales to support.
Track client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
Provide feedback to the product team to improve features, integrations, and user experience.
4. Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly support and sales reports.
Track leads, opportunities, and support performance using CRM tools.
Minimum requirements
1. Grade 12 certificate
2. Basic computer knowledge
3. Certificate / Diploma in Sales & marketing or related field is an advantage but not a requirement
4. Proven sales experience in selling software products is an advantage
5. Good customer service
6. Ability to retain important information.
7. Sound consultative selling skills.
8. Excellent networking skills.
9. Strong negotiation skills.
10. Effective communication skills.
11. Able to work independently while being a team player
12. Strong Geographical Knowledge of the market
Must Have.
1. Drivers License.
2. Experience selling Software ( HRMS and Payroll solutions, Accounting Software Solutions, Inventory Management solutions or any other custom Software Solutions)
