The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth, expand market share, and build lasting customer relationships within the automotive refinish market. The executive will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies and coordinating marketing efforts to achieve company targets and enhance brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with bodyshops, garages, dealerships, and distributors. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Technical Support and Product Expertise: Provide technical and product expertise to customers, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting paint application problems.
Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Plan and implement new sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies, support marketing campaigns, and ensure proper product display and branding at key accounts and trade shows.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of sales and margin targets (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Number of new accounts identified and secured.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Accuracy and timeliness of sales reports and market intelligence.
- Effectiveness of implemented marketing and sales plans.
