Key Responsibilities

The Salesperson will report to the Sales Manager and be responsible for:

  • Generating leads and converting them into successful property sales.
  • Conducting property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
  • Staying informed on property market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Preparing sales proposals, agreements, and property marketing materials.
  • Coordinating with marketing and administrative teams to promote listings.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in sales.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of the Zambian property market and legal requirements for property transactions is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • High levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer service orientation.

Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and accounts for the company and assigned clients. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports while ensuring accuracy. Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist clients with budgeting and financial planning. Ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements for both the company and clients. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management and clients. Utilize accounting software for bookkeeping and reporting.
