JOB DETAILS:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of people, property, and assets at assigned sites. Guards will provide a visible and vigilant security presence, prevent unauthorized access, and respond effectively to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

Protect company and client property by maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Conduct regular patrols and inspections of assigned premises.
Monitor and control access to client facilities, verifying identification of visitors, staff, and vehicles.
Report suspicious behavior, security breaches, or safety hazards.
Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and visitor logs.
Enforce company and client rules, regulations, and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining firm security control.
Cooperate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and company supervisors when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of Grade 9 Certificate (Grade 12 Certificate preferred).
Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is an added advantage.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Strong observation and reporting skills.
Basic communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking English).
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflict situations.
Must possess a valid NRC (National Registration Card).
Must have a mobile phone for communication.

Remuneration:
