As a senior member of our maintenance team, you will bring advanced diagnostic expertise, strong leadership and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain complex electrical systems on heavy-duty and light-duty machinery.

• Interpret and work with advanced electrical schematics, diagrams and technical documentation.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior electricians and maintenance staff.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards when working with electrical systems and heavy equipment.

• Participate in risk assessments and implement effective safety measures.

• Collaborate with supervisors, mechanical and instrumentation teams and production personnel to support smooth plant operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Craft Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Electrical.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial electrical maintenance (experience in the sugar industry is an added advantage).

• Proven ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

• Membership with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ).
