Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, and system-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, IP cameras, and related network configurations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based systems, servers, and end-user devices.
  • Respond to support requests via ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk) and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support deployment and configuration of new systems and updates.
  • Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Document all issues, solutions, and system configurations accurately.
  • Provide onsite and remote support for internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to resolve recurring issues.
  • Assist with LAN/WAN setup, routers, switches, and network troubleshooting.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in a technical support or IT helpdesk role.
  • Hands-on experience with CCTV systems, Linux environments, and general hardware support.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching).
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Linux+, CCNA, or ITIL Foundation are an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
