Invitation for Bids (IFB)

Tender for The Supply and Delivery of Calendars and Diaries for the Year 2022.

The Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA) has made a provision in the 2021 Budget towards the improving service delivery and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this budget to eligible payments under the Contract for the supply and delivery of diaries and calendars for the year 2022 which this invitation for bids is issued.

The RTSA now Invites bids from eligible citizen and local bidders as defined by the Public Procurement Act No.8 of 2020 and registered with National Construction Council (NCC) in Category B or C. Grades 4 to 6.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents on the Zambia Public Procurement Authority (ZPPA) eGP platform and on the RTSA website. The contact telephone number is 260-211-230547.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 Days after Bid opening and must be accompanied by a Bid Securing Declaration. The authorized signatory shall duly sign the Bid Securing Declaration

Submission Procedure

Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders contained in the Bidding Documents. Bids shall be submitted through the eGP system not later than Friday, 20 August, 2021 at 10:30 Hours local time. The bids will be opened immediately, thereafter.
