Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual training plan aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct training needs assessments in collaboration with line managers and business leaders.
  • Design, create, and deliver training programs, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
  • Manage relationships with training providers, vendors, and external consultants.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee the training budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with TEVETA standards and other relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Training & Development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.
