JOB DETAILS:
Crystalik is expanding, and we are seeking a qualified and experienced Travel Consultant to join our Travel & Tours team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in crafting and managing tour packages, ticketing, and accommodation bookings, while providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, prepare, and manage customized tour packages for individuals and groups.
- Handle ticketing services, including issuing tickets, processing changes, and managing refunds across multiple airlines.
- Manage accommodation bookings, transfers, and travel-related arrangements for clients.
- Advise clients on travel options, visa requirements, and itinerary planning.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Keep up to date with travel trends, industry systems, and destination knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Travel & Tours environment.
- Strong background in ticketing (GDS systems preferred), tour package design, and hotel bookings.
- Good knowledge of visa application processes and regional/international destinations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel booking platforms.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
