Reporting to: Classroom Teacher/Head of Department

Key Responsibilities

  •  Classroom Support: Assist the teacher with delivering lessons, preparing instructional materials,and supporting students in understanding lesson content.
  • Student Assistance: Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts, provide tutoring, and offer additional support for students with special needs.
  • Classroom Management: Help manage student behaviour by maintaining a positive and orderly classroom environment, and following established school policies and classroom rules.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with grading assignments, tracking attendance, organizing classroom materials, and preparing for classroom activities.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A relevant Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution At least two years experience teaching in primary education. Strong understanding of the IGCSE/IBDP/IBPYP curriculum. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
