Darkat Media Ltd and Primepath Logistics Ltd are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Clerk & Admin Officer to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, fleet administration, and general office administration for both companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations
  • Issue invoices, receipts, and follow up on payments
  • Prepare and submit statutory returns (ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, PACRA, and others related)
  • Handle payroll and basic HR administration
  • Maintain fleet records, vehicle logbooks, insurance, and service schedules
  • Manage asset registers (vehicles, equipment, office assets)
  • Support procurement, vendor coordination, and office administration
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or Relevant qualification in Accounts, Finance, or Business Administration
  • Knowledge of ZRA, NAPSA, NHIMA, and PACRA requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to manage responsibilities across two companies

Added Advantage

  • Experience in logistics, fleet, or media operations
  • Experience handling compliance and payroll

Contract Terms

  • 3 months probation
  • Confirmation subject to performance KPIs
  • Renewable annual contract thereafter
  • Salary review annually
