Job Description:
Create comprehensive sales plans that align with company objectives and revenue targets.
Identify high-potential industries, customer segments, and market opportunities.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and partners.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand advertising needs, propose solutions, and deliver customized packages.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the advertising and media landscape.
Conduct research to understand customer behavior, industry dynamics, and advertising technology developments.
Act as an ambassador for the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking engagements.
Champion the company’s advertising solutions and effectively communicate their value proposition.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
Excellent customer-service orientation.
Leadership and team management skills.
CRM proficiency and pipeline management proficiency.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in advertising sales, media sales, or related commercial roles.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
Experience leading a sales team is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of advertising products (digital, print, radio, TV, OOH, etc.) and media buying.
