About the Clinic Administrator Role
The Clinic Administrator will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery, support our clinical teams, and actively uphold our mission and vision. This is a key leadership position requiring strong organizational, interpersonal, and management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall administrative leadership for clinic operations
- Manage staffing schedules, human resources processes, and staff development
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with national health regulations and licensing requirements
- Maintain facility standards, procurement systems, and inventory controls
- Support quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered care practices
- Collaborate closely with clinical leadership and community partners
- Represent the clinic in external meetings and stakeholder engagement
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of administrative or management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in budgeting, HR management, and operations oversight
- Knowledge of Zambian health systems is an advantage
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and community-focused healthcare
