Qualifications

  • Certificate of Diploma in Culinary Arts
  • Two to three years experience in a Luxury Safaris Camp or 5 star Hotel establishment.
  • Previous experience in a hot/cold Kitchen operations role
  • Passion for teamwork
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures

Additional Information

  • Three traceable referees with email addresses and mobile numbers.
  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Kafue residents are encouraged to apply.
  • ZAQA Verification of all qualifications is required
