2. DIGITAL ANALYST
Location: Lusaka, Zambia
Department: Marketing / Digital Marketing
Reports to: Business Head / CEO
Job Summary
Responsible for analyzing digital data, tracking performance metrics, and providing insights that improve digital marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website, social media, and digital campaign performance using analytics tools
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs and digital performance metrics
- Provide actionable insights to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Develop dashboards and performance reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor digital trends, customer behavior, and market performance
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and content teams to optimize digital strategies
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate campaign effectiveness
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data protection standards
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, IT, or related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Data Studio, Excel, and analytics tools
- Experience with SEO, PPC, social media analytics, and digital marketing platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
- Understanding of CRM systems and customer journey analytics
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn
