Role Summary

The Geo-marketing Analyst will support the FTTH rollout by analyzing geo-marketing and infrastructure data using GIS tools, coordinating field teams, and ensuring high-quality, accurate data for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process, analyze, and manage field data using QGIS / GIS tools
  • Prepare basemaps and assign survey areas to field investigators
  • Load and retrieve data from investigator tablets
  • Consolidate, validate, and compare data collected from the field
  • Identify errors and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Coordinate with technical and design teams on updated data
  • Conduct briefings and debriefings with field teams
  • Produce progress reports, dashboards, and basic analysis summaries

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Geo-marketing, Engineering, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field
  • Practical experience with QGIS or other GIS software
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of Lusaka’s geography and communities
  • Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of telecom or fiber networks is an added advantage
  • Fluent in English and local languages

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
