Role Description - Human Resource Officer
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lusaka. The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for assisting managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining positive employee relations, designing job descriptions, and ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws. The role also involves hiring initiatives, overseeing employer-employee engagement, and working closely with department heads to align the HR strategy with organizational goals.
Qualifications for Human Resource Officer
- Proficiency in HR Management and a solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes
- Experience in the development and implementation of HR Policies
- Excellent understanding of Zambian labour laws
- Skilled in Employee Relations and Job Description Development
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Diploma In Human in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required bachelor's degree will be an added advantage
- At least 3 years proven experience in HR
- Must be a registered and paid-up member of ZIHRM
Role Description - Accountant
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lusaka. The accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing budgets, and assisting in audits. The role also involves monitoring financial transactions, reconciling bank statements, and collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial operations.
Qualifications for Accountant
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budget management
- Experience in preparing financial reports and monitoring financial transactions
- Understanding of local accounting regulations and tax requirements
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field is required
- Must be a registered and fully paid-up member of ZICA
- At-least minimum 5 years of relevant experience
