A. Employment Specification
Education & Experience (minimum requirements to perform the job):
School: Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
Post School: Finance / Audit / Computer Degree or Diploma
Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
Knowledgeable: In-depth knowledge of working processes and SIFs of each position in the toll plazas
Understanding of relevant procedures such as:
Environmental, health and safety, compliance and good housekeeping practices
Procedure manuals

C. Physical Demands & Work environment
The physical demands are those required to work in an office and inside and outside of building
The Internal Auditor will be required to travel frequently to visit toll plazas and/or other sites
D. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Quarterly Process Audits
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the working processes execution at assigned toll plazas, including the evaluation of all role-specific processes, SIFs, and to-do checklists.
- Score the execution of each process, identify any non-compliance, and record violations for further analysis.
2. Quarterly Financial Checks
- Review Float, Petty Cash, and Compensation records for assigned toll plazas each quarter.
- Verify the accuracy of cash handling to ensure there are no shortages or unaccounted funds.
3. Quarterly OHS and Environmental Audits
- Perform the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental audit at assigned toll plazas on a quarterly basis.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and environmental regulations.
4. Reporting and Follow-Up:
- Within 7 days after the end of each quarter, submit detailed audit findings to the Audit Manager and the respective toll plaza managers.
- Request corrective action plans for any identified non-compliance or procedural violations from plaza managers.
- Ensure follow-up on corrective actions and verify that appropriate adjustments have been made.
5. Adhoc
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Audit Manager.
