Role Summary:
AliTech is seeking a Marketing & Client Acquisition Manager to drive customer growth for our cloud, web, and IT services. This role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, and digital marketing, helping position AliTech as a trusted technology partner for businesses in Zambia and beyond.
Key Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients
- Promote AliTech services across digital platforms and business networks
- Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers
- Manage sales conversations, proposals, and follow-ups
- Track leads, conversions, and revenue performance
- Build and manage AliTech’s sales and marketing pipeline
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and client acquisition
- Experience selling services (B2B preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and hit targets
- Background in ICT, tech services, or digital solutions is an advantage
