Overview

The Marketing Manager will drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth while positioning the company as a leader in the IT and technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strengthen brand positioning across digital and traditional channels.
  • Manage content for websites, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials.
  • Plan and execute lead-generation and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads).
  • Work closely with the sales team to support proposals, presentations, and pipeline growth.
  • Track marketing performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Organize events, product launches, and partner engagements.
  • Manage marketing budgets and coordinate teams, agencies, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA an added advantage).
  • 3–5 years’ marketing experience, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
  • Strong digital marketing, content marketing, and lead-generation skills.
  • Experience with marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, and Canva.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

KPIs

  • Lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Marketing ROI and campaign performance.
  • Brand awareness and engagement.
  • Contribution to sales revenue.
