About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Personnel to join our growing team. The ideal candidates must be confident, persuasive, and able to build strong customer relationships while promoting Company Products and Services.

Core Responsibility

To drive customer traffic, increase sales, and build brand loyalty in a highly competitive, value-driven market. You are the bridge between the brand's identity and the customer's wallet.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Marketing Responsibilities:

1. Local Store Marketing & Community Engagement: Plan and execute hyper-local campaigns. Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and influencers. Manage in-store promotions, menu board marketing, and point-of-sale materials.

2. Digital & Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage content calendars for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Manage online reputation, respond to reviews, and engage with comments. Oversee the brand's app and loyalty program, crafting push notifications and exclusive offers.

3. Campaign Management: Execute local campaign roll-outs. Develop and launch local promotions. Coordinate with agencies for creative assets, radio spots, or local TV.

4. Brand & Product Launches: Be the local expert for launching new menu items. Organize launch events, sampling activities, and create buzz. Ensure perfect in-store execution of launch materials.

B. Sales & Revenue Responsibilities:

1. Sales Targets & Analysis:

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales data for your assigned region/stores. Identify trends, growth opportunities, and underperforming products/locations. Report on campaign ROI and promotional effectiveness.

2. Partnerships & B2B Sales:

Develop catering packages and pitch to local businesses, construction sites, and event planners. Explore co-marketing deals with complementary brands.

3. Competitive Intelligence:

Constantly monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and new products. Recommend tactical responses to competitive moves.

Essential Skills & Qualities:

  • Digital & Social Media Savvy: Must understand the algorithms, trends, and language of Facebook, TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, social insights, and POS sales reports is crucial. Excel/Sheets is a must.
  • Creativity & Agility: Ability to create engaging content and jump on trends quickly.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A deep understanding of the fast-food consumer's motivations.
  • Excellent Communication: For internal coordination and external community engagement.
  • Budget Management: Ability to plan and maximize a local marketing budget.
  • Resilience & Energy: The industry is fast-paced and competitive. You need to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Problem-solving and initiative

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or higher in Marketing and Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Previous experience as a Marketing and Sales Officer or similar role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of social media management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license or Class A motor cycle riding license will be an added advantage.
