Reports to: The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will report to the Project Coordinator and the Director Planning and Policy and shall work closely with the other MoH PIU members, Department of Public Health and MoH programme staff, and M&E Officers.
Job Purpose
To manage monitoring and evaluation system for the project and a pipeline project to be supported by the World Bank and to lead and coordinate monitoring an evaluation systems development and related activities to ensure smooth operation and quality performance of technical efforts and field activities by coordinating and overseeing quality program data collection, data management, reporting, and strategic information gathering and sharing. And well as develop tools against the established key performance indicators, as included in the Results Framework of the PAD.
Qualifications
- A full Grade Twelve (12)/Form 5 School Certificate with minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit including English Language and Mathematics.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Development Studies, Demography, Library Information Studies and Health
Management Information Systems.
- Master’s in Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage
- Post Graduate Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation will be an added advantage
