JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
Monitoring and Evaluation (60%)

• Manage the sentinel site system for DMPA-SC self-injection (SI) data in Zambia, ensuring that facilities report data on-time and accurately.
• Assist as needed with the implementation of SI data collection in Zambia through the routine HMIS.
• Receive and process Excel data received quarterly from (up to) 20 countries supported by the AC.
• Conduct quality assurance to maximize completeness and identify data anomalies.
• Create visual charts, graphs and figures to depict country-specific and global trends.
• Support the development and quarterly update of monitoring reports reflecting global project activities, working closely with the global M&E team.
• Manage the AC global data dashboard, ensuring that data is uploaded and maintained for each country on a quarterly basis, and identify and correct any inaccuracies or system bugs.
• Provide technical assistance with data visualization and data use to partners and MOHs.
• Contribute to development of data use and visualization tools as part of self-injection scale-up toolkit.
• Contribute to the design and analysis for key project Learning Agenda questions related to the self-injection scale up process in various country settings.
• Support all project monitoring, planning and implementation of Access Collaborative project supported activities as instructed by the AC Country Coordinator.

Project Management (40%)

• Collecting, organizing, and presenting results of Access Collaborative Activities.
• Contribute to development and management of project-related plans, budgets, and team requirements. Facilitate monthly work plan updates and flag potential linkages with global AC work plan activities.
• Organize and support the Ministry to hold FPTWG meetings and act as focal person for the FPTWG secretariat.
• Support the AC Country Coordinator to execute and deliver project objectives
• Coordinating and contributing to the development of donor reports, including developing slides and other outputs for regular donor engagements, annual reporting, and in response to donor requests.

Required Experience
• Masters degree in public health, demography, epidemiology, statistics, or other related discipline, with specific training on monitoring and evaluation.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, including expertise using data visualization tools.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience and demonstrated skills in project management
• Comfort using Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Alteryx, R, and/or other data management and visualization platforms.
• Familiarity with ODK data collection (familiarity with KoboToolbox a plus).
• Familiarity with DHIS2 and national Health Management Information Systems (HMIS) for routine data collection.
• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to to track timelines and deliverables with minimal guidance.
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to work across global teams, programs, departments, and time zones.
• Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health in the context of low resource settings (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to include, priority management and managing expectations of multiple clients.
• Highly organized, flexible, and adaptable to changing priorities and ability to work within tight deadlines at times.
• Work within a team with minimum supervision
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to interact professionally in French or Portugese an advantage (not required).
• Must have legal authorization to work in Zambia.
