Job Vacancy: HR Assistant – Kitwe
Location: Kitwe
Salary Range: K10,000 – K15,000 gross monthly
Position Type: Full-Time
We are seeking to recruit a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Kitwe. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR department in all administrative and operational tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and records management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process
- Maintain and update employee records
- Support payroll processing and employee benefits administration
- Handle routine HR queries from employees
- Assist with performance review processes
- Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, training, surveys, etc.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or related field

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships
- Process purchase orders and ensure compliance with procurement policies
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future supply needs

Qualifications and Experience:
