Background

Maxlin Enterprise Limited, a trusted Zambian provider of cleaning and hygiene solutions, is seeking a highly competent and results-driven Operations & Contracts Manager. The role ensures that the Company meets its operational targets, complies with relevant regulations, and delivers high-quality services across all sites.

Main Duties

  • Manage all contracts to ensure compliance, quality service delivery, and timely payment support.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and provide leadership to Site Managers for efficient service execution.
  • Ensure full adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all sites to maintain service excellence.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular engagements, timely responses, and professional follow-ups.
  • Monitor operational performance, address gaps promptly, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare accurate operational reports and maintain proper documentation for decision-making and accountability.

Qualifications

The successful candidate must have:

  • Grade 12 Certificate (including Mathematics and English).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in a service-oriented industry is an added advantage.

  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify gaps and implement solutions.
  • High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting.
