Responsibilities or duties

1. According to the factory's annual production target, formulate monthly/weekly production plans, reasonably allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure that production tasks are completed on time, with quality and quantity.

2. Fully responsible for workshop production site management, implement production processes, quality standards and safety regulations, timely solve production bottlenecks, reduce production costs and improve production efficiency.

3. Take the lead in building the production team, organize employee skills training and performance appraisal, and create an efficient and compliant production management team.

Qualifications or requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas study background is preferred, majoring in mechanical manufacturing, industrial engineering and other related fields.

2. Familiar with production plan formulation, resource coordination and cost control processes, with excellent leadership, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Experience needed

Have more than 1 year of production management experience in related manufacturing industry, and have more than 1 year of management experience in the same position in Chinese-funded enterprises. Those without relevant experience are not allowed to apply.
