JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate seed sovereignty projects and farmer seed banks
- Facilitate training on indigenous seeds and agroecological practices
- Conduct participatory research and document traditional knowledge
- Strengthen rural women’s leadership in agricultural biodiversity
- Liaise with local seed networks and policy advocacy platforms
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Development Studies, or related fields
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, especially in seed systems
- Familiarity with feminist and ecological justice principles
- Strong facilitation and report-writing skills
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: bachelor degree
