Job Title: Sales Manager – Landscaping & Outdoor Cleaning Services
Our Client is currently seeking to hire a Sales Manager based in lusaka.
The role focuses on developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing and mentoring the sales team, expanding the corporate and institutional client base, and ensuring sustainable revenue growth aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.
- Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the sales team to deliver high performance and consistent results.
- Identify, target, and secure new corporate and institutional clients while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
- Oversee client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and on-site assessments for key accounts.
- Review, approve, and ensure accuracy of quotations, proposals, and service contracts.
- Monitor sales pipelines, lead generation activities, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports to management.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and effective brand positioning.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, promotions, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and contractual obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Diploma with strong experience may be considered).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in landscaping, cleaning services, construction, facilities management, or related industries.
