TECHNICAL ADVISOR – NOVATEK LUSAKA (1)

The Required Skills for this Role Include:

• Giving Technical Advice to Customers by physical visit or via phone.
• Sales and markets products.
• Attending to customer complaints/problems 24 hours service.
• Assisting Sales Manager to check on branding/advertising issues.
• Organizing and conducting seminars.
• Organizing and attending shows.
• Recommending for opening of agencies/outlets to Manager.
• Checking on market trends and report (Surveys).

The Required Qualifications are:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Course in Livestock Production
• Computer Literate
• Driver’s License
• 2 Years relevant experience

The Required Attributes Include:

• Numerical and Computational Skills
• Good Writing Skills
• Communication

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: professional certificate
