To provide superior collection, vetting, recording & data base update services to ensure safe custody of documents, in accordance with Bank of Zambia regulations and the MTN Zambia policies and procedures. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Vetting and updating all Mobile Money related documents
• File and code documents in approved system for easy reconciliation and retrieval
• Compile, analyze and submit timely reports to the financial team for Mobile Financial Services
• Vetting, Processing and Creation of Agent lines
• Management of Agent Contracts
• Providing assistance during UAT and Upgrade tests
• Vetting of Kiosk Agreements
• Providing Bulk payment training and consultation to Corporate clients
• Resolution of Mobile Money queries from Service Centers, Connect Stores, Agents, Merchants & Customer advice for walk in customers.

• Business Administration Certificate
• Grade 12 with minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels
• 1 years’ experience in records management
