We are seeking a passionate and strategic Marketing  Communications Manager, who will lead and drive the brand’s positioning, visibility, and storytelling in the market, operating under the Hyatt family.

The Marketing Manager mission is to bring to life the hotel’s unique essence, promoting authentic, cultural, and wellness experiences that resonate deeply with discerning travelers.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications plan aligned with Hyatt Regency  brand and hotel’s business objectives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Create and execute campaigns that highlight local culture, the hotel’s design, and wellness as key differentiators.
  • Lead public relations efforts, press events, and influencer collaborations with local and international media.
  • Oversee digital content creation and management: website updates, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on visual storytelling and authentic experiences.
  • Promote on-property events and experiences (gastronomic, cultural, wellness, and art) by collaborating with F&B, Operations, and Guest Experience teams.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with media outlets, content creators, and key cultural and social figures.
  • Supervise the production of photography and videography, ensuring brand alignment and storytelling excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance (KPIs), optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Manage the marketing communications budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and positive ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in  hospitality or travel.
  • Experience working in international markets or with culturally diverse audiences.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, content management, and paid media.
  • Solid background in public relations strategy, media relations, influencer engagement, and event management.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across PR, digital, social media, and traditional channels.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft meaningful stories that emotionally connect with the audience.
  • Ability to create campaigns that balance luxury with authentic cultural narratives.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (F&B, Operations, Guest Experience, Finance).
  • Highly creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable to evolving digital trends and tourism market shifts.
  • Passion for luxury travel, art, culture, and culinary experiences.
