JOB DETAILS:
Job title: 14 Graduate Trainee
Airtel is looking for fourteen(14) high-achieving graduates based in Lusaka to join us on our Graduate Trainee Program under the Networks department.
This 12-month long program will expose Trainees to different aspects of the organization through functional and cross-functional stints. Graduate Trainees will be trained on business, leadership, technical understanding and personal effectiveness. They will also be given the opportunity to execute real jobs/assignments where they will be assigned to a personal coach and mentor who will guide and support them throughout the journey.

Applicants eligibility
• Must be a Zambian National
• A recent graduate from reputable University locally or abroad with a merit or better
• Must have graduated between 2018 -2021
• Possess less than 2 years’ work experience
