JOB DETAILS:

  Job Responsibilities:
• Screen and prepare loan applications in line with the company lending policy
• Collect and evaluate clients financial information to determine credit worthiness
• Responsible for meeting targets set for the branch
• Recovery of retail loans and advances
• Good decision-making skills to avoid high risk loans
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Submit reports as and when required
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining high levels of professionalism
• Assumes any other responsibilities assigned

  Job Qualifications:
• Certified grade 12 certificate with a minimum of credit in English and Mathematics
• Any business related Diploma or Degree, preferably in Banking and Finance, Economics and Business Administration
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Credit
• Background in a Microfinance Institution will be an added advantage
• Preferably based in Kitwe with own accommodation
