JOB DETAILS:

Green Carpet School – Lusaka is inviting applications from qualified, passionate, and dedicated individuals for the position of Two (2) Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teachers.

Minimum Requirements:

1.Full Grade 12 Certificate with five (5) ‘O’ Level passes, including English.
2.A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education from a recognized college or university.
3.Must be registered with the Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ).
4.Must hold a Valid Teaching Practice Licence.
5.A minimum of two (2) years teaching experience in a reputable learning institution.
6.Must be computer literate and able to integrate ICT in teaching and learning.
7.Strong communication skills, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment.
• Monitor and assess learner progress and provide regular feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
• Participate in school programs, events, and professional development activities.

Additional Considerations:

• Experience in using play-based learning strategies is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of child protection policies and inclusive education practices is desirable.
