Are you a creative and results-driven marketer with a passion for digital engagement? Navi Afri, a leading fleet management company, is looking for a Marketing Officer to lead our marketing department and manage our social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and customer engagement
- Professional Graphic designing
- Manage all social media platforms, create compelling content, and drive online presence
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising
- Monitor market trends and analyze competitor activities to refine marketing strategies
- Collaborate with management team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify sales opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data
- Excellent communication and creativity skills
- Experience in fleet management or B2B marketing is an added advantage
- Location: Lusaka, Zambia
