Job Description
The Retail Store Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales goals and marketing initiatives. This role will involve promoting furniture products to customers, managing digital and offline marketing activities, and contributing to the overall growth of the brand. Work closely with the showroom, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth customer experiences and effective product promotion.
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in and online customers to promote and sell sofa products.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms and physical channels.
- Manage social media accounts by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content.
- Prepare and update marketing materials, including product catalogs, flyers, and showroom branding.
- Conduct basic market research to monitor trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to maintain a well-presented and customer-ready environment.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, marketing activations, and promotional events.
- Track sales data and campaign performance; submit regular reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Support after-sales service and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in retail or furniture sales.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Creative and proactive approach to marketing and content development.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and consumer behavior.
