JOB DETAILS:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store
- Supervise and guide store staff
- Ensure customer service standards are met
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Handle cash, sales, and daily reporting
- Support promotions and in-store marketing
Qualifications & Skills:
- Grade 12 Certificate with 5 credits or better.
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or any Hospitality-related field.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English.
- Aged 26 and above.
