Job Summary:
A company in Kalulushi Central is seeking four dedicated HR Officers to manage human resources functions in our industrial operations. The HR Officers will handle recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks, ensuring a productive and compliant workforce. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with Zambian labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and leave management, coordinating with finance as needed.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Prepare HR reports for management, providing insights on workforce trends and needs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and retention.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, preferably in an industrial or operational setting.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse employee groups.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office for record-keeping and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kalulushi Central, Copperbelt Province.
- Serious and committed attitude, as emphasized by the employer.
