Job Overview

A Graduate Engineering Trainee is responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of production process during shifts. The position will carry out the instructions and daily production plan given by Managers and, ensuring the production process is followed efficiently and effectively in compliance to Safety and Quality requirements driving Operations excellence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• To coordinate with all supervisor for production process.
• To monitor and maintain housekeeping standards to ensure clean workplace.
• Allocation of production plan to supervisors and subordinates.
• Ensuring achievement of set daily targets of production.
• To ensure the health & safety norms are adhered to during the shift.
• To ensure product and process Quality are adhered to during the shift.
• Reporting plant or machinery breakdown to the managers immediately.
• Participate and lead programs like DMS, GEMBA, AM, CI, Kaizen,5S,Lean, RCA , CAPA etc.

Minimum Requirements – Education, Experience and Skills

• Graduate in any Engineering Stream
• Fresher to 1 year experience in Manufacturing
• Should have very good communication and analytical Skills.
• Basis knowledge of Manufacturing process.
• Knowledge of safety standards

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
