WE ARE HIRING: ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Company: The Booth Marketing
Location: Lusaka
Reporting To: General Manager / Account Director
The Booth Marketing is looking for a dynamic Account Executive to manage multiple client accounts across experiential, digital, media, and integrated marketing campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment and can confidently manage several campaigns at once ensuring all deliverables are on time, brief, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service multiple client accounts concurrently
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate internal teams (creative, social, activations, production, media)
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and campaign workflows
- Track budgets, quotations, and invoicing
- Handle client feedback, approvals, and revisions
- Prepare campaign updates and post-campaign reports
- Prepare proposals and strategy
- Prepare Market Analysis
- Build and grow strong client relationships
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an agency environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients or campaigns
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Solid understanding of marketing and campaign execution
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Full Grade 12 Certificate
