JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Admin Officer is responsible for providing administrative support across the Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring efficient office operations, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate office operations and administrative tasks across the Group.
• Manage correspondence, documentation, and filing systems.
• Populating and updating all trip sheets on the manual and soft copy files.
• Support HR functions, including employee records and leave management. Ensuring all documents.
• Assist in procurement and inventory management of office supplies.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure that all annual renewable business licenses and returns are in place.
• Liaise with different departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
• Handle petty cash and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Post admin-related transactions in relevant financial records.
• Perform any ad hoc duties as required by management.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
Experience working in a multi-business environment is an advantage
