Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our daily operations. The role requires a professional who can handle a variety of administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks efficiently and with a high degree of integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support HR functions such as recruitment logistics, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Manage procurement and ensure adequate stock of office supplies.
  • Maintain company asset registers and ensure accountability for resources.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
  • Prepare reports, minutes, and internal memos as required.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
