Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our daily operations. The role requires a professional who can handle a variety of administrative, logistical, and organizational tasks efficiently and with a high degree of integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Handle correspondence, documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support HR functions such as recruitment logistics, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Manage procurement and ensure adequate stock of office supplies.
- Maintain company asset registers and ensure accountability for resources.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
- Prepare reports, minutes, and internal memos as required.
- Provide general administrative support to management and operational teams.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
