Background

We are a legitimate local lottery operation company in Zambia, with years of experience in the lottery industry and stable business development. Due to the needs of the company's operation and development, we are now publicly recruiting 1 Administrative Assistant for the society, with the workplace located in Lusaka. Core Responsibilities

I. Job Responsibilities

Be responsible for the overall planning of the company's daily administrative affairs, including but not limited to document sorting and filing, office supplies procurement and management, meeting organization and preparation, and reception of visitors;

Undertake basic human resources-related work, lead or assist in completing the entire recruitment process (resume screening, interview invitation, entry procedure handling, etc.), and maintain employee information files;

Be responsible for liaising with banks, tax bureaus and other relevant Zambian government departments, handling various administrative, financial and compliance-related businesses, and ensuring that the company's operations comply with local regulatory requirements;

Complete other temporary administrative and human resources tasks assigned by superiors.

II. Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited; 1-2 years of relevant administrative or human resources work experience is preferred;

Familiar with local Zambian administrative office processes and relevant laws and regulations; those who understand the business handling requirements of government departments, banks and tax bureaus are preferred;

Possess good communication and coordination skills, execution ability and problem-solving ability; be careful, rigorous and responsible in work;

Proficient in basic office software (such as Word, Excel, etc.) and have basic document writing ability;

Proficiency in Chinese is preferred for employment; basic Chinese communication and written expression skills are sufficient

III. Salary and Benefits

Total monthly package: K4,000 -k8,000(all-inclusive), based on performance and experience.
