Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-day office administration.
  • Prepare and issue routine documents.
  • Maintaining procurement records.
  • Maintain accurate records for projects: contracts, site instructions, delivery notes, attendance, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings and schedules: appointments, site visits, travel arrangements, and calendars.
  • Handle company marketing both off and online.
  • Provide general support to management and project teams as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years in Office administration experience, preferably in a construction/engineering environment.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word and Excel (Google Workspace also a plus).
  • Good communication skills and professional email writing.
  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to drive with a valid drivers licence.
