We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Supervisor to strengthen our internal audit and anti-fraud functions. This role involves conducting fraud investigations, implementing audit plans, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to promote transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily anti-fraud audits, market research, and investigate whistle-blower allegations.
Perform customer reconciliations, market inquiries, and prepare research reports.
Reconcile supplier accounts, conduct market inquiries, and document findings.
Perform monthly and daily inventory checks.
Verify the authenticity and accuracy of costs, including advertising and transportation expenses.
Plan and organize regular anti-fraud and integrity training sessions for employees.
Support the Audit Manager in executing various audit plans and ensuring project quality.
Liaise with internal departments, staff, customers, dealers, and suppliers to facilitate audits and investigations.
Provide timely feedback on audit findings and ensure proper documentation and archiving of reports.
Undertake other assignments as directed by the Audit Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

Master’s in Auditing, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing or anti-fraud functions.
Certified Anti-Fraud Professional (CAP) and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) credentials are an advantage.
Skills

  • Expertise in anti-fraud investigation techniques.
    Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
    Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
    Fluency in English or French with excellent literacy and oral skills.
    Attributes: High attention to detail, strong responsibility, quick thinking, and the ability to handle work under pressure.
    Strong resistance to pressure and commitment to physical and mental health.
    Work Environment

Primarily office-based, with occasional long-distance travel.
