To continue maintaining our standards, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Boilermaker to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and standard procedure task inspections.
- Perform maintenance, manufacturing, installation, repairs, and project work to craft standards, ensuring safety, reliability, and maximum uptime.
- Meet daily work targets and project milestones, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize and monitor work activities, hold yourself accountable for results, and encourage others to meet targets.
- Motivate yourself and team members to overcome challenges and meet goals.
- Assist in planning and laying out work for new projects.
- Ensure maximum plant availability and operational efficiency at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize plant downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Full Grade 12 certificate.
- Craft Certificate Metal Fabrication
- Membership with the Engineering Institute of Zambia (EIZ) is required.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
