JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Branch Manager to lead our operations in the Copperbelt and North-Western regions. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in ICT sales and business development, with excellent leadership and strategic planning abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee branch operations, sales, and business development activities
• Drive regional growth by identifying new business opportunities and markets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
• Manage and mentor a regional sales team to ensure performance and customer satisfaction
• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with company goals
• Coordinate with internal teams and support implementation of IT solutions and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in sales or branch management within the ICT industry
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to manage regional teams and deliver on KPIs
• Deep understanding of IT services and enterprise-level client solutions
